If you wish to return your item, please contact our office at firstname.lastname@example.org or (516) 877-2559 to request a return. Prepaid returns are on a case by case basis.
You may return your purchase from maxcolton.com within 14 days. In the case of more than one product purchased in one order and delivered separately, time will be calculated from the day of receipt of the last product in your order.
Currently, orders cannot be exchanged online. A new order can be placed through maxcolton.com at any time.
The products must be returned in perfect, unworn condition, in their original packaging, complete with accessories, label, a copy of the packing slip and in its original shipping container (or one of equivalent durability), tags and seals, where present, still attached to the products.
Max Colton will not accept returns for Products considered “Final Sale” nor will Max Colton issue any credit towards the return of products marked considered Final Sale. Please note that all swimwear, as well as any products discounted by Fifty Percent (50%) or more, are considered Final Sale at the time of order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Max Colton reserves the right to refuse returns communicated and/or shipped late and items that are not in the same condition in which they were received, at Max Colton's sole discretion.
